Returns Policy
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’re here to help. To ensure we can resolve the issue quickly, please follow the steps below:
Before Signing for Delivery:
If possible, inspect your item/s upon delivery. Check for any visible damage to the product or packaging. If there are any concerns (e.g. damaged boxes, broken sounds like glass or timber inside), make a note of these on the delivery receipt and ask the driver to initial your comments.
Report the Damage:
Notify House of Haven Interiors within 24 hours of receiving your order by completing the online returns form located in the footer of our homepage. You’ll need to provide:
- Clear photographs of the damage
- A brief description of the issue
- Any relevant details about the packaging condition
Please note: Claims submitted after the 24-hour window may void transit insurance, and House of Isabella cannot accept responsibility for the damage.
Resolution Process:
Once we receive your claim, we’ll work directly with our suppliers to resolve the issue as promptly as possible. Damaged or faulty items reported within the 24-hour period will be replaced at no cost.
Important: Please retain all original packaging until advised otherwise, as it may be required for inspection or return.
Change of Mind Returns
If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you can return it under the following conditions:
Notification Period:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item by filling out the online returns form.
Return Requirements:
All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, resaleable condition. Items returned without original packaging are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Return Shipping:
You are responsible for organizing and covering the cost of returning the item to our warehouse in NSW Australia.
Store Credit:
Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a store credit for the item’s purchase price, excluding any shipping fees. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for change-of-mind returns.
